TITLE: Office & Operations Lead

Summary
This is a unique opportunity for an office professional with a passion for environmental sustainability to join an
industry-leading, women-led B Corporation. The Office & Operations lead is a key member of the EFM team with
significant responsibility for organization, communication, scheduling and human resources.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Office Manager
- In-person, email and phone communications with staff, management, partners, investors and
consultants at our Portland, OR headquarters - Ongoing finance and operations tasks including scheduling, banking, IT support, event planning, plant
health (!) and more - Organization and management of company files on cloud-based digital server
Communications and Scheduling
- Scheduler for CEO and other managers as necessary, including to industry events and company
events domestically and abroad - Scheduling with various accounts for office visits and offsite event
- Record minutes during board and investment committee meetings
Human Resources
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and management
- Update company materials like company handbook and policies as necessary
- Help manage and troubleshoot office and offsite IT with third-party service provider
Content Creation & Investor Relations
- Help with digital marketing materials as necessary
- Coordinate with web developer to update website as necessary
- Update investor information in third-party portal
Qualifications Desired
- Organizational mind with enthusiasm implementing systems
- Detail oriented
- Problem solver who likes to help things run smoothly
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with ability to produce high-quality written and
presentation materials catered to a variety of audiences and mediums. - A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), InDesign (or similar),
Adobe, Social Media tool
Terms
- Competitive salary that will range depending on experience and schedule plus bonus and benefits.
- Part time or full time depending on candidate
- In office for majority of hours
