EFM is pleased and honored to announce that Norm Duffett has joined the Ecotrust Forest Management’s Board of Directors and the Investment Committees of Ecotrust Forests I and II. He joins the existing 5 member Board of Directors comprising Spencer Beebe, Dr. John Gordon, John Earhart, David Pollock and Bettina von Hagen.

Norm is an experienced investment banker with over 25 years of experience in the selling and buying of companies as well as raising debt and equity. Norm has advised on over $4 billion of transactions and is the President of Orca Capital, a boutique investment bank that provides expert corporate finance services to emerging growth and middle market companies in the Pacific Northwest.

EFM is enthusiastic about the wealth of investment and transaction experience Norm brings to EFM, at a time when the company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and expansion. EFM is a 10 year old forestland investment manager with over 30,000 acres under management and $70M in AUM.
